We love drinking Gin and so we make our Gins in styles that we're personally especially fond of. Often citrus forward, complex, and jam-packed full of botanicals to deliver a big flavour hit. Many of our ingredients are sourced locally and several are grown in our own yard, often picked fresh and prepared just prior to going into our botanical basket. Our still ("Layla") allows us to craft top-quality small-batch examples of vapour-infused dry-style Gins, in tiny batches of no more than about 60-odd bottles only. All our Gins are currently only available for tasting and purchase at the brewhouse and distillery during our once-a-month opens.
A citrus-forward London-dry vapour-infused Gin with 16 different botannicals. This recipe for this Gin was worked our surprisingly quickly, after only a few attempts and we have no desire to change it as it's packing flavour and utterly delicious. 500ml, 40% ABV

Our No. 2 Gin, with 18 botanicals, subsequently steeped with lemon myrtle and lemon verbena from our garden, infusing additional complex lemon and pepper flavours. A beautiful addition which complements the original Gin flavours. 500ml, 43% ABV
